HOW TO MAKE WAFFLES
Ingredients:
1. Atta Flour, 150g
2. Corn Starch, 50g
3. Custard Powder, 50g
4. Superfine Flour, 100g
5. 4 Eggs
6. Minyak oil, 3 tbsp.
7. Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp.
8. Sugar, 2.5 tbsp.
9. Salt, 0.25 tbsp.
10. Drinking Water, 1.5 cups
11. Milk, A little bit
Tools:
1. A Sieve
2. A weigh
3. An Egg Blender
4. A Whisk
5. 3 Bowls
6. A smal bowl
7. A waffle mold
Steps:
1. Put the flours(Atta flour, Corn starch, Superfine Flour, Custard powder) into a bowl.
2. Filter the flours, sieve in the flour in 3 times.
3.Pour the fragment in the sieve into the mixture
4.Crack an egg into the little bowl, put the egg yolk into the dry mixture, egg white into another bowl. Repeat this step with the other eggs
5.Pour in the oils(Minyak, Coconut oil) into the mixture.
6.Put in sugar and salt.
7.Put in the milk
8.Put in the drinking water.
9.Use the whisk to mix and smash the hard flour.
10. Blend the egg white until it is white and fluffy.
11.Put the blended egg white into the mixture.
12.Mix it. (WARNING: Mix carefully, or else the bubbles (The fluffy stuff) will POP!!!!!!!!!!)
Cooking steps:
1. Heat up the waffle mold 30 seconds
2. Pour some of the mixture into the hot waffle mold
3. Each side(Upper left, Upper Right, Lower Left, Lower Right) cook 20 seconds
4. A piece of waffle is done!
5. Repeat these steps with the rest of the mixture.
