The Story of Candy Land🍬

   Once upon a time there was a queen named Candiany. Candiany had 8 children. Their names were Phoebe, Esther , Dinah, Ruth, and Rebecca. She sometimes calls them "Clever Gillies"!

  One day, one of the knight, David, reported a bad news to the queen. "Robbers and pirates came to attack Candy Land!" he cried, "And they've stole all our candy-gold! " "What a Rubbish!!! Why are you afraid of them? We had millions of knights, weapons, horses, ships, and grain, so we can have the victory!" Candiany said. "Clever Gillies! Come down, we had a very exciting battle!" the queen shouted. Eight royal Princes and Princesses rushed down the stairs, asking, "What's up, our dear mother? We are ready for a battle."

  "Very well. Phoebe, you are the oldest here. Go and fetch the candy-ships with one hundred candy-corns pulling it. Esther, take care of your little sister, Rebecca. Dinah, secretly put one thousand candy-bombs into the pirate's ships. Ruth, arrange the candy-knight in a '"V" shape, so that our enemy can't attack our cities. " They all set to work. 

  Rebecca were very sad. She hoped to be big enough to join her brothers and sisters. She held her tears and ran to her bedroom and slammed the door. Tears streamed out when she slammed the door. Rebecca cried and cried that Esther bounced on Rebecca's candy-bed up and down. Rebecca laugh loudly like mad!!!"Why are you crying?" asked Esther when she saw Rebecca stopped crying. "I wants to join you all...", Rebecca said with a heavy sigh, "But I'm too young. I don't know how to fight." "It's OK, Sweetie" said Esther, "You can learn to fight when you're nine years old. Oh yes! I can teach you how to ride a candy-corn while others are fighting with our enemy. " "Yay! Thank you, Esther. You're the best sister in the world!!!" Esther smiled, Rebecca smiled, too!

  Meanwhile, Candiany, Phoebe, Dinah, and Ruth were fighting with the pirates and robbers. "BOOM, BOOM, BOOM!" the bombs that Dinah secretly put into the pirates' ships had exploded. The pirate captain, Jack Rottenteeth, groaned. He howled angrily and smacked his own head. Dinah stared at the captain and giggled, she said to herself, "Well Done, Dinah, you've done well."

  Back to the castle, Rebecca was busy practicing balance on a candy-corn. Rebecca already fell down hundreds of times and she do looks like a bruised apple now! 

  Suddenly a messenger came rushing to Esther, panting. His legs were bleeding but he seems like doesn't care about it. "Oh, princess Esther," he wailed, still catching his breath after a long run. "I notice there are three evil men, each holding a bomb, ready to bomb the castle!! I've inform the Queen and she told me to tell you." The messenger said all that in just one breath. "It's terrible!" Rebecca gulped, "What shall we do? Leave the Candy Castle for our enemies to destroy? Of course I won't!!!" "The only thing we can do is to kill the three men with the bomb, and..." said Esther calmly. "...Bomb back their castle!!!" The messenger yelled. "Tricksy-Tracksy-Tricksy-Boom, you've guess it right!" Esther grinned. "Do you want me to go and ask David to kill them?" Suggested the messenger. "No, David's not brave enough... What about Peter?" Said Rebecca. "I agree, David's not brave enough." Esther said thoughtfully, "Alright, then. Go and fetch Peter. NOW!" 

  A few seconds later, Peter came with his full armor. "What's your command, O princess Esther?" Peter asked. "Tell him, Rebecca." said Esther. Rebecca told him. "Your wish is my command, Your Ladyship!" said Peter loyally, and away he went.

  With the help of all the candy-knights and their allies, they finally conquered the pirates' land and treasures. Once again, Candiany can peacefully rule her lovely kingdom, and they live happily ever after!
